Mod & Repair Guides

Open it. Understand it. Make it yours.

STL files for printable parts, PCB files for the hardware, and step-by-step repair guides. Every fastener is M3. Every panel is replaceable. We designed it this way.

Printable Parts - STL Files

Print in PETG or ASA. PLA works indoors at low ambient temps.

Repair guides

Fan swapEasy20 min

Tools required: Phillips #2, 4-pin JST PH2.0 crimper

  1. 1Power off and unplug all inputs.
  2. 2Remove the left side panel - 4× M3 Phillips screws.
  3. 3Disconnect the 4-pin JST fan connector.
  4. 4Unscrew the fan (4× M3 × 8 mm socket head).
  5. 5Install the replacement (standard 60 mm bolt pattern).
  6. 6Reconnect JST, reinstall panel.
  7. 7Boot and verify fan curve from the system info screen.
BMS access & cell inspectionIntermediate45 min

Tools required: Phillips #2, multimeter

  1. 1Power off. Remove AC and DC inputs. Wait 10 min for capacitors to discharge.
  2. 2Remove the rear panel (6× M3 Phillips).
  3. 3The BMS board is mounted on the left - 4× M3 standoff screws.
  4. 4Cell voltage can be read at the BMS test points: TP1–TP8 (0 V reference at GND pad).
  5. 5Nominal per-cell: 3.2 V resting. Fully charged: 3.65 V. Minimum: 2.8 V.
  6. 6If any cell reads < 2.8 V at rest, the pack requires reconditioning or replacement.
  7. 7Reinstall in reverse order. Torque M3 screws to 0.4 N·m.
Fuse replacementEasy5 min

Tools required: Phillips #2

  1. 1Power off and disconnect all cables.
  2. 2Locate the fuse access panel on the rear - single M3 countersunk screw.
  3. 3Remove the blade fuse (30 A, standard ATO).
  4. 4Inspect for visible burn or break. Replace with identical spec.
  5. 5Reinstall panel. If fuse blows again immediately, do not replace - contact support.

Recommended print settings for STL files

Material
PETG (preferred) or ASA
Layer height
0.2 mm
Infill
25–40% gyroid
Wall count
4 perimeters

Avoid PLA near the fan areas - ambient temps inside the chassis can reach 45 °C under load. PETG handles this comfortably. All tolerances assume a 0.4 mm nozzle with a 0.2 mm layer height.
