Repair guides
Fan swapEasy20 min
Tools required: Phillips #2, 4-pin JST PH2.0 crimper
- 1Power off and unplug all inputs.
- 2Remove the left side panel - 4× M3 Phillips screws.
- 3Disconnect the 4-pin JST fan connector.
- 4Unscrew the fan (4× M3 × 8 mm socket head).
- 5Install the replacement (standard 60 mm bolt pattern).
- 6Reconnect JST, reinstall panel.
- 7Boot and verify fan curve from the system info screen.
BMS access & cell inspectionIntermediate45 min
Tools required: Phillips #2, multimeter
- 1Power off. Remove AC and DC inputs. Wait 10 min for capacitors to discharge.
- 2Remove the rear panel (6× M3 Phillips).
- 3The BMS board is mounted on the left - 4× M3 standoff screws.
- 4Cell voltage can be read at the BMS test points: TP1–TP8 (0 V reference at GND pad).
- 5Nominal per-cell: 3.2 V resting. Fully charged: 3.65 V. Minimum: 2.8 V.
- 6If any cell reads < 2.8 V at rest, the pack requires reconditioning or replacement.
- 7Reinstall in reverse order. Torque M3 screws to 0.4 N·m.
Fuse replacementEasy5 min
Tools required: Phillips #2
- 1Power off and disconnect all cables.
- 2Locate the fuse access panel on the rear - single M3 countersunk screw.
- 3Remove the blade fuse (30 A, standard ATO).
- 4Inspect for visible burn or break. Replace with identical spec.
- 5Reinstall panel. If fuse blows again immediately, do not replace - contact support.

Avoid PLA near the fan areas - ambient temps inside the chassis can reach 45 °C under load. PETG handles this comfortably. All tolerances assume a 0.4 mm nozzle with a 0.2 mm layer height.
