FAQ
Answers, before you ask.
How long does a full charge last?+
It depends on the load. A full-size fridge (120 W) runs ~8 hours. A router plus a few LED lights stretches to 30+ hours. A CPAP machine runs for 2–3 nights.
Can I charge it and run a load at the same time?+
Yes. Pass-through charging is supported. Output prioritizes the connected device; any leftover input current tops up the battery.
Is it airline-safe?+
No. At 1,024 Wh it exceeds the FAA 100 Wh carry-on limit. Like every competing power station in this class, it must travel by ground.
Can I daisy-chain expansion batteries?+
Yes. Up to five Expansion Battery 2000 units per Station for a combined 11,264 Wh. Hot-swap is supported - no power-down required.
What's covered under warranty?+
Five years on the unit, three years on the battery. Register within 30 days for an extra two years on the unit.
Can it run a full-size microwave or air conditioner?+
Most 1,000 W microwaves and window ACs up to 8,000 BTU run fine under the 2,200 W continuous limit. 4,400 W surge handles the start-up spike.
